During his consultation at Armen Vartany, M.D.'s office in Burbank, CA, the patient expressed dissatisfaction with an "unnatural" accumulation of fat on his chest, resembling breasts, and desired a more masculine appearance. Dr. Armen Vartany performed a gynecomastia correction to remove glandular tissue and, if necessary, excise excess skin to create more masculine contours. Over time, the scars from the procedure are expected to fade.
