Patient flew into Los Angeles and had a consultation with Armen Vartany, M.D. in Burbank, CA.Her main concerns were a dorsal hump and a droopy tip. She complained that it would droop more when she smiled. Dr. Armen Vartany recommended and performed primary intranasal rhinoplasty to correct the nasal defects.
